Our People

Every member of the FPA Team is an NFP executive with years of experience and understanding of the non-profit sector, as such we:

understand the unique challenges and complexities faced by non-profit and social purpose leaders;
acknowledge the significant skills and expertise that already exist in our sector;
appreciate the power of having a strong and supportive network to draw on through your leadership journey;
know that investment in the sustained development of current and future leaders is crucial – and insignificant compared to our ‘for profit’ counterparts; and
realise, through firsthand experience, many existing leadership programs do not adequately cater to the specialist needs of non-profit executives and organisations.

We know the NFP Sector and understand the rewards and challenges it brings
