Gaia Grant (PHD)

Gaia Grant (PhD) is dedicated to promoting purpose-driven leadership for transformational culture change. A strategic leader and mentor, facilitator and coach, researcher and author—Gaia specialises in harnessing the power of innovative leadership to drive meaningful development. She thrives on helping leaders translate evidence-based insights into practical solutions for tackling contemporary leadership challenges.

As a co-founder and executive director of Tirian Innovative Solutions Consulting and an associate at the University of Sydney Business School in Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, Gaia has dedicated over two decades to pioneering and implementing breakthrough leadership development approaches. During this time, she has worked extensively with executive leaders from various organizations, ranging from global corporations (particularly in leadership and corporate social responsibility) to for-purpose organizations (especially in the areas of refugee support, rural development, and health education).

Through the groundbreaking models and tools she has developed, such as the Innovative Change Leader Profile (iCLi) and Purpose-Driven Innovation Radar (PDIR), Gaia has helped numerous leaders identify and navigate the tensions and challenges that can either paralyse progress or propel transformation. These practical frameworks enable leaders to rethink their strategic capabilities, delivering measurable results and sustainable impact.
