A place for For-Purpose Leaders to belong.
Leadership can feel complex and at times, isolating.
As part of the upcoming Queensland intake for the For Purpose Alliance Leadership Hubs, we warmly invite you to join us on Thursday 11 June for a keynote with Sandy Blackburn, followed by lunch and an informal FPA Information Session with FPA CEO Carmel Molloy.

Keynote Session | Built for Impact: Why Culture is the Missing Piece
What separates organisations that sustain impact from those that don’t?
It’s not simply funding or passion alone. It’s the operating architecture behind the organisation: the systems, behaviours and leadership practices that determine whether impact is genuinely embedded or simply intended.
In this practical and thought-provoking session, Sandy Blackburn will explore the critical role culture plays in enabling sustainable impact, and why the strongest organisations intentionally design the environments in which people lead, collaborate and perform.

FPA Information Session & Networking Lunch
Following the keynote, attendees will join members for lunch before attending an informal Information Session with FPA CEO, Carmel Molloy.
Now in its 11th year, the FPA Leadership Hub program brings together for-purpose leaders in a trusted and confidential peer environment to unpack challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and learn alongside peers who genuinely understand the complexity of sector leadership.
This is not traditional networking or a one-off workshop. It is an ongoing peer-to-peer leadership experience designed to help leaders navigate the realities of leadership with greater clarity, confidence and support.
Our Leadership Hubs are intentionally designed to foster:
- Trusted peer relationships and meaningful connection
- Honest leadership conversations
- Practical real-world problem solving
- Collaboration and shared learning
- Space for reflection and perspective
- Professional and emotional support
“FPA has genuinely shifted how I show up as a leader. It’s changed the way I contribute in meetings, communicate with others, and step into my role with greater clarity and confidence. It’s been a critical part of both my personal and professional growth – something I now see as essential, not optional.” – FPA Queensland Member Jenna
We would love for you to experience this for yourself.
PLEASE NOTE: Places are limited and registration is essential. All participants will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure a safe and confidential environment for discussion.
