The FPA Signature Event of 2026 – The Long Lunch | Friday 11th December

The For Purpose Alliance Signature Event is back – and this year’s Long Lunch promises to be our most memorable yet.

More than just a gathering, it’s a long-awaited celebration of our sector Leaders and their achievements, an honest reflection on the challenges we face, and a chance to connect with peers who truly understand the journey of leadership in the for-purpose world.

Set within the elegant surrounds of CommBank’s Harbour Street offices in Sydney, this special afternoon will feature a progressive long lunch, where great food, conversation, and connection come together in a relaxed yet purposeful setting. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and enjoy meaningful discussions with fellow leaders over a beautifully hosted lunch.

Our panel of six high-profile sector leaders will share what they Loved, Loathed, Longed for, Learned, and Laughed at in 2026 – sparking conversations that are equal parts insightful, funny, and real. Our guest panel will set the scene through a fast-paced, dynamic format where they share their 60-second reflections on the year that was, followed by an opportunity for our audience to continue through a progressive audience conversation alongside 120 fellow leaders.
